Description

I was attempting to open my kdbx database without realizing the permissions on
the file were incorrect (600, my user did not own it).

[Versions]
2.0.0 (keepassx.x86_64 2.0.0-1.fc23 in Fedora 23 repo)
2.0.2 (built from tagged github source)

[Observed Behavior]
Opening from dialog, the dialog simply closes and the "Welcome!" text does not change.

Opening from the command line effectively does nothing. No command line output log,
interface launches as if launched with no arguments.

[Desired Behavior]
Some kind of error message -- ideally a popup in the interface -- that explains
permission was denied.
