Description

In a relatively short time, the original keepass 2 don't make resize of custom icons when you store a custom icon. It saves the icon in original size and makes resizing only in interface. This is to display the icon well at high resolutions. The problem is that the custom icon appears ENORMOUS in KeepassX 2.0. I attach a screenshot so you can see it.

History

Note that this manifests in the tool from the main window as blown up and cropped Icons. In the attachment, all but the "Errbit" and "Games for Windows Live" icons are custom icons generated. The "keepassdroid" for Android and the Keepass 2.x version for Windows does not exhibit this behavior (they re-scale the icon to appropriate size).

This was shown with KeePassX Beta 2 on OS X 10.10.5. Note that this same behavior existed for Alpha 6, as well.
