Description

Hello,
In KeepassX version 0.4.3 i was able to use the URL field to call an external program, using cmd:// as the protocol. I am not sure if the interpretation of this call was in the code, or if it simply called an external url-handler.
After upgrading to version 2.0a6 i lost this feature.
I see however that http:// in URL works correctly and gvfs-open is called to handle it. Maybe it's a matter of registering the protocol cmd:// in Gnome. If that is the case, then it would be nice that the Ubuntu packagers would register this protocol at the time of the package installation/upgrade.

What would be the right way to support the cmd:// protocol in the URL field?
